Start/Finish: The Causeway (Roa Island)
Course HQ:
Start on B road (Roa Island causeway) facing north, adjacent to the end of the dropped curb at the end of the causeway pavement.
Proceed in a north easterly direction through Rampside Village to A5087 Rampside roundabout (1.3 miles).
Take the second exit and proceed in a north easterly direction for 1.6 miles. At Goadsbarrow take a sharp LH turn onto minor road, Long Lane.
Continue north on Long Lane to Leece village and make a left turn at the T-junction (4.4 miles) onto Hardknott Lane B road, heading in the direction of Roose.
At the A5087 Roose roundabout (5.9 miles), take the first exit in a southerly direction on the A5087 Coast Road.
At 8.2 miles, at the A5087 Rampside roundabout, take the first exit and repeat the lap of the A5087, Long Lane and Hardknott Lane.
After 15.3 miles approach the A5087 Rampside roundabout for the second time and take the second exit, proceeding in a south westerly direction.
Retrace the initial 1.3 miles of the course to finish approximately opposite the start line (16.5 miles).
